The "Hario Switch Immersion Dripper" is an Immersion & V60 Dripper in one. It is made of high quality Hario glass and thanks to its SWITCH it is suitable for the brewing methods "Full Immersion" and "Pour-Over (V60)". In size 3, the dripper holds a little more than 360ml.

With a metal ball inside the plastic top and a small SWITCH on the bottom, you can open or stop the water flow with a light click.

PREPARATION

With the SWITCH you can choose between 2 brewing methods or creatively combine them.

Example of preparation with > Juan Pablos specialty coffee from Colombia <

FULL IMMERSION

250 g water / 94 °C / 15 g coffee / grind (medium) / 2 min 30 sec brewing time

1. Rinse filter with warm water
2. Pour in water
3. Stir in coffee lightly on the surface
4. Wait 2 minutes
5. Stir in coffee lightly on the surface
6. Press SWITCH
7. Run coffee through to the end & enjoy!

Pour-Over (V60)

250 g water / 94 °C / 15 g coffee / grind (medium) / 3 min. brewing time

1. Rinse filter with warm water
2. Add coffee
3. Pour water in 4 steps á 45 seconds in circular motion from inside to outside
4. Let the coffee run until the end & enjoy!

• Start > minute 0,00: 20 of 45 seconds pour 100ml.
• Minute 0,45: 20 of 45 seconds pour 50ml.
• Minute 1,30: Pour 20 of 45 seconds 50ml.
• Minute 2,15: 20 of 45 seconds 50ml pour.
